As a Senior Strategy Manager you will be at the forefront of shaping Siemens Energy’s global cybersecurity strategy. Your day will involve driving strategic initiatives, developing advanced foresight capabilities, and leveraging cutting‑edge technologies – including AI – to anticipate and address geopolitical scenarios, threats and emerging digital trends. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage complex projects, and ensure our cybersecurity programs are robust, forward‑looking, and aligned with Siemens Energy’s vision for a sustainable and secure energy future.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and Deliver: Manage global cybersecurity strategic initiatives and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met.
• Strategic Foresight: Develop and enhance strategic foresight capabilities to proactively identify, assess, and respond to future cybersecurity challenges and opportunities.
• AI Integration: Drive the adoption and integration of AI technologies to strengthen the strategy process, foresight intelligence, and decision‑making processes.
• Collaborate: Work closely with IT, business areas, and external partners to coordinate resources and drive project success.
• Standardize and Improve: Support the Chief Cybersecurity Officer (CCSO) and the Head of Cybersecurity Strategy & Engagement in implementing a best‑in‑class strategy process, best practices, and effective executive reporting.
• Communicate: Facilitate project meetings, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and prepare executive‑level reports and dashboards.
• Drive Excellence: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in cybersecurity strategy, operations, and foresight capabilities.

What You Bring

• University degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive longstanding experience in strategy, program or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT with a proven track record managing complex, global projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, geopolitics, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies and tools.
• Experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow and PMO methodologies.
• Fluency in English required and a local language preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
