You contribute to the development and evolution of the 2030 Target Picture, shaping strategic roadmaps and priorities.
Moreover, alignment across the organization is ensured by coordinating key strategic activities, communication streams, and milestone tracking.
M&A activities fall within your scope, from target identification and screening to due diligence and post‑merger integration (PMI) according to the business strategy.
Strategic priorities are translated into actionable M&A roadmaps, supported by a structured and transparent pipeline overview.
