Befristung:

Deine Aufgaben

• Primary procurement contact in development projects and for all supply chain-related matters
• Planning and management of milestones across all lead times, including feasibility checks, BOM approvals and technical drawing releases
• Preparation and presentation of project status to management, project lead and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring on-time delivery of all deliverables through milestone tracking and structured review meetings
• End-to-end monitoring of all purchased parts to ensure a smooth and timely start of production
• Initiation, coordination and follow-up of corrective and escalation measures (incl. shopfloor management) in case of deviations in schedule, quality or cost
• Overall prioritization of assigned parts and commodity groups, and active coordination with all involved departments to achieve project targets.

Deine Qualifikationen

• University degree in industrial engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in technical procurement or project management for complex assemblies or series products
• Business-fluent English, both spoken and written
• Very good MS Office skills and solid SAP and/or ERP experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills, high organizational competence and analytical thinking
• Proven results and customer orientation, confident demeanor in challenging situations, as well as strong conflict-handling and assertiveness skills
