About the Role

As Senior System Engineer ERP Products for Data, you will drive the strategic direction, design, implementation, and operations of BioNTech's global Data Management solutions. Focusing on SAP data management, data governance, and migration solutions, you will ensure seamless integration with business objectives. Collaborating with process owners, ERP leadership, program teams, and external partners, you will shape innovative solutions that support our mission to improve lives through science and technology.

Your Contribution

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for ERP Data Management
• Design and oversee implementation of technical solutions (incl. GxP System Ownership)
• Ensure alignment with cross-functional business objectives in data governance and migration
• Manage changes, business projects, and roll-outs from planning to execution
• Define data models and workflows based on business requirements
• Introduce innovations to achieve business targets

A Good Match

• Higher education with extensive experience in ERP Data Management (min. 5 years)
• Expertise in SAP MDM, SAP MDG, Syniti ADMM, Migration Cockpit or similar solutions
• Strong leadership skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in implementing integrated ERP solutions and managing projects
• Familiarity with SOX/GxP regulations (optional) and large-scale ERP programs
• Fluent English skills; German language proficiency is a plus
