We’re hiring a Talent Partner to support a leading global asset servicing banking group. This is not volume agency hiring. This is regulated financial services, complex stakeholder management, and senior hiring conversations where detail matters.

You’ll partner with leaders across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Corporate Functions, helping them hire well in a business that holds €5.9 trillion in assets under custody and €3.7 trillion under administration.

What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end hiring across asset servicing, banking operations, technology, and risk functions Run structured intake conversations that define success profiles, not just recycle job descriptions Provide market insight on compensation, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity Source high-quality talent through direct search, mapping, and targeted outreach Influence senior stakeholders using data and structured assessment methods Ensure recruitment aligns with governance, audit, and regulatory standards Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months

What You Bring: Experience recruiting within financial services, banking, asset management, or asset servicing Confidence partnering with Directors and senior stakeholders in regulated environments Strong direct sourcing capability across specialist and technical roles Commercial awareness, you understand headcount, cost, and business growth drivers Comfort operating in environments where compliance and documentation matter Ability to challenge constructively when expectations are unrealistic A reputation for being trusted, not just efficient
