Your Responsibilities | Senior Tax Associate – Law Firm – Legal – Tax – Lawyer - Attorney

• For both domestic and foreign clients, you will assist on legal tax advisory and structuring matters.
• In light of current tax developments, you support clients in the establishment of tailor-made tax strategies.
• Follow legislative developments and provide clients advice on how forthcoming regulations can affect their businesses and personal budgets.
• You curate a strong relationship with your clients and engage in various business development strategies for the firm.
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Tax Associate – Law Firm – Legal – Tax – Lawyer - Attorney

• You possess at least four years of experience within a Luxembourgish law firm, in the Tax department.
• For this position you should be fluent in English (read, written and spoken, to truly handle your clients’ files autonomously.
• You are a member of the Luxembourg Bar, and are eager to become a real expert in this small Tax team. Of course, the Partner will still happily assist you in case of questions although you will be given a lot of autonomy.

• Depending on your experience, skillset, and exposure to complex files, your salary as an Employed Lawyer may reach 130 000€ gross per year, in addition to meal vouchers and insurance. A position as an independent lawyer is also possible, but this will be entirely up to you.
• Use a rewards program related to your business to see your hard work and devotion recognized. Your billables will have an immediate impact on your annual bonus, although it is important to note that the expectation in terms of billable hours is lower than in Magic Circle firms for example.
