The Role

You know ServiceNow CRM from the inside and now you want to work in an environment that gives you real room to shape things. With us, you bring your experience in CSM, FSM, or SOM directly into customer projects, develop solutions hands-on on the platform, and grow step by step into greater responsibility. No endless approval processes, no corporate overhead, you work close to the customer, close to the team, and close to real results.

Your Responsibilities Project Ownership & Technical Delivery:

As the technical point of contact for our customers, you lead technical onboarding, analyze existing processes and platform configurations, and develop tailored solution approaches from them — always closely aligned with the customer's real needs.

Analysis & Solution Design:

You capture customer processes, understand their requirements, and translate them into well-thought-out technical solution proposals.

Hands-on Development:

You independently configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform in the areas of CSM, FSM, and/or SOM, ensuring that solutions are implemented cleanly and sustainably. To do this, you leverage Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SSO, Mid-Server, and more.

As an active team member, you share your knowledge with others, learn from more experienced colleagues, and continuously develop yourself — professionally and personally.

What You Should Bring At least 4 years of experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow or comparable CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce). Hands-on experience in at least one of the areas CSM, FSM, or SOM. Solid technical know-how: XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, CSS. Experience integrating AI tools or automation into workflows. Ability to capture, structure, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Excellent English, written and spoken (C1 level), German skills at least at B1 level. Willingness to travel for customer appointments and team events. Self-motivation and a genuine drive to move things forward in a small team.

Certifications Certified System Administrator (CSA) Desirable: Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM, FSM No ServiceNow background? No problem — comparable experience and certifications, e.g. with Salesforce (Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning), work well for us too.
