Responsibilities

• Own full design of enemy AI, from concept to final version.
• Create balanced enemy ecosystem.
• Work with programmers to ensure performance and technical feasibility.
• Define tools, systems, and workflows for fast prototyping.
• Build AI that reacts well in multi‑player interactions.
• Test, balance, and polish enemies to high gameplay and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, programming, animation, and level teams.

Deliverables

• High‑quality AI behaviors, abilities, boss encounters.
• Well‑designed combat interactions aligned with the game’s story.
• Clear documentation for designs, systems, and technical needs.
• Stable, tested, and integrated enemy experiences ready for gameplay.
• Improvements to tools, pipelines, and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Game Design or Technical Design with strong implementation work.
• Proficiency with visual scripting or programming languages.
• Experience designing AI using Behavior Trees.
• Strong communication skills in English and teamwork capability.
• Learning mindset, openness, and clear communication.
• Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.
