Position Overview

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of a high-performing team delivering large-scale, mission-critical data center and network infrastructure projects. Your work will directly support the safe, reliable, and efficient expansion of critical digital infrastructure across multiple sites.

Acting as an on-site representative of the owner, you will play a key role in coordinating design, engineering, construction, and operations activities while managing external vendors and partners. You will support schedule, cost, quality, and risk management across concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery from early planning through commissioning and operational hand over.

Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end program lead for data center and network infrastructure delivery initiatives.
• Develop and execute delivery strategies aligned with project objectives and capacity requirements.
• Partner with design teams to ensure design and construction scopes are fully coordinated prior to contracting.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless handoff from design through execution.
• Oversee all phases of data center construction, including tenant fit-out and low-voltage integration.
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and partners, driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Identify delivery, schedule, and financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site visits to validate schedule adherence, coordination, safety, and quality.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and support operational handover at project completion.
• Implement quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with applicable standards and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data center design, construction, commissioning, and operational requirements.
• Experience coordinating tenant fit-out and low-voltage integration scopes.
• Advanced project scheduling, tracking, and reporting skills.
• Strong budget management, forecasting, and cost-control experience.
• Ability to operate autonomously while managing complex, high-visibility initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
