Job Overview

Lead and drive the technical aspects of high complexity projects and ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.

Job Requirements

• Define technical strategy for high-impact projects (innovation, global platforms…)
• Lead and drive the technical team in tandem with the Project Manager
• Manage interfaces between customers and project teams
• Oversee multiple projects or a technical portfolio
• Ensure alignment between design, industrialization, and customer requirements
• Participate in strategic decisions with EMIA management (M&S, PM, PjM, PE…)
• Represent the company to customers and partners on technical topics
• Acting as a Technical reference and mentor for Junior Technical Project Leaders

What Your Background Should Look Like

• Engineering degree (mechanical / electrical, or similar) with proven experience in product design and development
• Typically, 8+ years extensive experience in (technical) complex product development within the automotive sector
• Expertise in complex system design in automotive sector
• Strong leadership and intercultural communication skills
• Strategic vision and ability to manage global projects
