Senior Technical Support Engineer - Berlin

Responsibilities



  • Debug API integrations, OAuth flows, data-sync issues across 200+ platforms

  • Support customer engineers via Slack, email, video (clear, technical communication)

  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering on bugs and feature priorities

  • Create docs and automation to scale support operations

  • Own customer relationships from first call through go-live


What We\'re Looking For


Required:



  • Experience in full-stack engineering or B2B technical support

  • Strong API debugging skills (OAuth, REST, webhooks)

  • Experience supporting technical customers in fast-growing startups

  • Comfortable with TypeScript/Node.js


Bonus


Unified APIs/integration platforms, AI/LLM tools, Y Combinator experience
