SENIOR UI MOTION PRODUCT DESIGNER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior UI Motion Product Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a company that provides AI-powered solutions designed to streamline legal work.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craft and motion design.
• Strong knowledge of Figma with expertise in creating complex prototypes and interactions.
• Deep understanding of motion design with experience in After Effects, Principle, Framer, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of work within established design patterns while finding opportunities for refinement.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience creating illustrations, icons, or other artwork.
• Experience with AI-powered products or complex data visualization.
• Understanding of React component architecture and frontend constraints.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive motion systems, including transitions, micro-interactions, loading states, and animated feedback across the web application.
• Create motion guidelines and documentation defining animation principles, timing standards, and interaction behaviors for consistency across the platform.
• Prototype complex interactions to demonstrate motion concepts and validate technical feasibility with engineering
• Develop an animated components library with reusable motion patterns that engineers can easily implement.
• Directly collaborate with the Design Lead to identify opportunities where motion can solve UX problems and enhance user comprehension. Direct collaboration with the Design Lead and design/frontend platform team
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers and product managers to ensure animations are appropriately implemented and performant in production.
