We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Validation Manager to join our organisation in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will lead validation initiatives and oversee the quality assurance of our SAP HANA systems, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and manage validation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards whilst monitoring metrics and reporting progress to senior management
• Develop and implement validation strategies and testing methodologies for SAP HANA environments, staying abreast of system updates and industry developments
• Oversee a team of validation specialists and quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and induction on validation best practices
• Analyse system configurations, data integrity, and process flows to identify gaps; conduct root cause analysis on validation failures and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders to define validation requirements and acceptance criteria
• Maintain comprehensive validation documentation, test cases, and audit trails in compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in validation, QA, or testing
• Management or team leadership experience
• Fluent in German
• Strong data analysis and process modelling skills
• Deep knowledge of validation, testing frameworks, and QA principles

Desirable Qualifications

• SAP HANA or QA/validation certification (e.g., ISTQB, ASQA)
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
