Senior Webinar Specialist (f/m/d)

We are seeking an exceptional Webinar Content Specialist who is eager to work at the forefront of where technology is heading: AI and Digital Sovereignty. This is a high-impact, creative role that goes beyond coordination; you will architect the planning, execution, and optimization of a global webinar engine. As a master storyteller and AI-first strategist, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure our digital education ecosystem aligns with broader business goals.

Tasks

• Lead Moderator & Host: Represent the IONOS Group as the primary face and voice of our webinar programs.
• You will host live sessions, manage audience engagement, and facilitate high-level discussions with internal and external subject matter experts.
• AI-First System Architecture: Build and maintain high-velocity content production pipelines.
• You will leverage advanced AI workflows to accelerate everything from initial drafting and design conceptualization to multi-market localization at scale.
• Global Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end webinar strategy, ensuring the annual program roadmap is perfectly aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and demand generation priorities.
• Ecosystem Innovation: Continually evaluate and integrate emerging virtual event technologies and automation platforms to ensure our digital education infrastructure remains at the absolute cutting edge.
• Performance & ROI: Own the analytics suite for attendance, engagement, and conversion.
• You will use data-driven insights to predict audience needs and optimize the webinar contribution to the sales pipeline.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Product, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and consistent messaging across all 18 markets.

Qualifications

• Native AI Fluency: You have a demonstrated, hands-on mastery of AI tools across the full content workflow (text, image, video, and data). You think in automation first.
• Communication Mastery: You are highly comfortable on-camera and have a natural talent for engaging live audiences across different cultures and technical backgrounds.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital events, or marketing automation role with proven results in lead generation with min 3 years in webinar management.
• Performance focus: Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize webinar performance.
• Language: Native-level fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Technical Stack: Expertise in HubSpot, GoToWebinar, Webinaris, Cvent, or equivalent. Experience with automation platforms like n8n or Zapier is a strong advantage.
