For a project we are looking for a Senior Workplace Engineer (f/m/d).

Your tasks will be:

End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
Bug analysis/fixes
Feature development when necessary
Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity
Deliverables: App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics
Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured

Following Know-howis required:

Must-have: MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
Proficiency in Windows Devices management
Experience with Windows Information Protection (WIP)
Nice to have skills: MS Endpoint DLP, McAfee Cloud Proxy, F5 PerApp VPN, Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent German and English skills
