What you29ll be doing

You’re an experienced PM. You29ve shipped features, run discovery, worked well with engineering and design. You shaped the roadmap and owned significant parts of a larger product and created great results. Now you29re ready for more impact & scope in a field that29s just developing.

We29re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own critical parts of the getquin experience and shape our new strategy. You29ll take features from early discovery through delivery - talking to users, defining the problem, shaping the solution, and shipping with a cross-functional team. You29ll work directly alongside our Product Lead and CEO to shape product strategy as we expand into comprehensive wealth management.

This isn29t a "write tickets and manage a backlog" PM role. It29s a true ownership role where you29re expected to deeply understand our users, make informed product decisions, shape strategy and drive outcomes - not just output.

Own your product area end-to-end

• Take full ownership of critical product experiences - from vision to execution
• Lead discovery: understand user problems deeply through research, interviews, data, and market analysis
• Define and prioritise your roadmap, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Ship high-quality features with your cross-functional team (engineering, design, marketing)

Drive continuous discovery

• Talk to users regularly - run interviews, usability tests, and increase feedback
• Translate user insights and data into actionable product decisions
• Validate ideas early before investing in full builds & ship early to learn fast
• Stay close to the market - understand competitors, trends, and opportunities

Execute and deliver

• Write clear specs and requirements that engineers and designers can run with
• Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritise, and unblock delivery
• Monitor product performance, run experiments, and iterate based on results
• Own outcomes, not just launches - measure what matters and course-correct

Collaborate and shape strategy

• Partner with the Product Lead and CEO to shape product strategy and direction
• Align with stakeholders across the company - marketing, support, sales, leadership
• Communicate clearly - keep teams informed, drive alignment, surface trade-offs

What we are looking for

You might be a fit if:

• You have 5+ years of broad product management experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment
• You have hands-on experience in fintech, wealth, or investing products - brokerage, trading, portfolio tools or similar. You understand the space.
• You e29re strong in discovery - you29ve run user interviews, synthesised insights, and used research to shape product decisions (not just validated what was already decided)
• You e29re strong in execution - you know how to ship. You work well with engineers, you unblock teams, you get things out the door fast
• You have experience with mobile apps and/or consumer subscription products
• You e29re data-informed - comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decisions
• You have a solid technical understanding - you can have real conversations with engineers and make informed trade-offs
• You e29re ready to step up - you want more ownership, more responsibility, and you e29re motivated to grow
• You e29re fluent in German and English

Strong plus:

• Experience at an early-stage company or high-growth startup
• Experience with open banking, financial data aggregation, or account linking
• Track record of 0-to-1 product work - building new features or products from scratch
• Familiarity with latest AI tools to speed up your day to day product work
