What You'll Work On
- Serve as the principal integrator for cross‑staff activities, ensuring seamless information flow and synchronization of effort.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi‑-echelon working groups, technical exchange meetings, and other sensitive forums, from agenda development to after‑action reporting.
- Develop and implement frameworks for data and information architecture to enhance operational effectiveness and streamline staff processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint sites, dashboards, and automated workflows to support data visualization and operational requirements.
- Prepare and refine high‑level briefing materials, reports, and analyses for senior leader decision‑making.
- Oversee the integration of disparate data sources and information streams into established staff processes and battle rhythms.
- Act as an advisor to various staff sections on best practices for multi‑classification handling, workflow automation, and collaborative technologies.
You Have
- 5+ years of experience working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional military staff environment.
- Experience designing, building, and administering Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
- Knowledge of staff processes and operational planning cycles.
- Ability to manage and facilitate high‑level meetings and working groups.
- Ability to brief senior leaders.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice If You Have
- Experience with Special Access Programs or Sensitive Technical Operations.
- Experience with multi‑domain classified IT infrastructure.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Maven Smart System, OneBrief, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience in a joint or inter‑agency environment.
- Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation
Salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model
- If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
