SEO Content Manager (m/f/d) - German Speaking

As an SEO Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for pushing out outstanding, high-quality German content at scale for the German market. Your focus will be on execution: creating, refining, and coordinating content that meets high editorial standards and performs strongly in search.

You’ll work closely with SEO Managers and the Product Team, translating SEO direction into excellent content output. Working in a flat, collaborative setup, you’ll be encouraged to challenge ideas, ask questions, and contribute insights.

This Is What You'll Do

• Execute SEO content initiatives for the German market across multiple verticals, including iGaming, online casino, and sports betting.
• Own the end‑to‑end content production process: briefing, reviewing, editing, and publishing high‑quality SEO content.
• Build and manage a network of German‑language freelance writers to ensure a consistent flow of content.
• Work closely with SEO Managers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure content meets performance and quality standards.
• Review, edit, and proofread content with a strong focus on clarity, structure, tone, and user value.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to freelancers to continuously improve content quality.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with freelancers and internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Act as a strong quality gatekeeper, ensuring all published content aligns with brand, product, and SEO requirements.

This Is What You've Got

• Proven experience managing and editing content produced by freelancers.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO fundamentals and content optimization (you know how SEO works, even if you’re not defining the strategy).
• Experience with iGaming, online casino, and/or sports betting content.
• Fluent German (C2) with strong written and verbal English.
• A sharp editorial eye and high standards for written content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content streams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, flat, startup‑style environment.
• Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
