SEO Outreach Link Building Manager

We are seeking an experienced creative and highly motivated SEO Outreach Manager to assist with our client's backlink acquisition. We need someone to run and manage outreach campaigns with minimal supervision and can follow strict rules.

As a fully remote international team from Estonia, specializing in Hitech SaaS startups, we don’t micro-manage our employees. We expect you to manage your time and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with influential websites, bloggers, and other industry influencers to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings for our clients. We have a link prospector ready to assist you, allowing you to focus more on outreach and link acquisition.

We aim for high-quality site engagement and avoid mediocre link-building practices like link farms or PBNs. We’re looking for someone who shares these principles.

Skills needed and responsibilities:

  • 2 + year(s) experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and personalized outreach emails.
  • In-depth knowledge of different white hat link-building techniques (Link inserts, List posts, guest posts, relationship outreach, brand mention, reverse engineering competitors' links, etc.).
  • You should be able to set up outreach campaigns, manage responses, negotiate with publishers, and meet the monthly link's target.
  • Experience working with tools such as Ahrefs, Lemlist, Apollo.io, and similar tools would be a plus.
  • Plus points if you can demonstrate previous link-building success.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Daily typical activities you’d work from week to week:

  • Develop and implement link-building strategies for our clients.
  • Craft unique and interesting email campaigns, monitor their performance, and test different approaches for effectiveness.
  • Find low-competition keywords and brainstorm topics that are relevant to both the target site and our client's site.
  • Finding related topics and prospects for the target pages.
  • Assign link prospecting task to link prospector.
  • Write and send personalized outreach emails to potential partners, negotiating link placements and other opportunities for collaboration.
  • Conduct link-building and PR outreach via email, Slack, Facebook, and LinkedIn to expand our reach.
  • Manage inboxes, reply to messages, and ensure the inbox is cleaned and organized.
  • Create a weekly report on the tasks you’ve worked on.
  • Deliver the monthly link target quota.
  • Be active in responding to team messages, ensuring prompt and effective communication within the remote work environment.
