Troubleshooting

• Inspection of crane systems in accordance with the operating instructions
• Checking and adjusting the safety end positions
• Measuring signals from crane sensors
• Troubleshooting in the CAN bus system
• Preparation of service reports

Inspection & Maintenance

• Inspection of on-board cranes, according to inspection list (maintenance list)
• Preparation of inspection reports (maintenance lists) and repair recommendations
• Acceptance of onshore crane systems in accordance with operational safety regulations
• Close cooperation with hydraulic and/or mechanical colleagues
• Inspection of crane systems after repair for safety functions -> Handover to the customer
• Commissioning of the electro-hydraulic crane system in cooperation with the team
• Adjustment and parameterization of the crane control system

Travel

• Implementation in both national and international operations
• Independent handling of prepared and planned service assignments

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Routine troubleshooting with regard to sensor technology and PLC control
• Previous experience in crane service or crane construction is desirable.
• High degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Structured approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
