In the HENSOLDT Customer Service division, we are looking for a “Service Technician (m / f / d)” for field service at our Ulm location to start as soon as possible.

The department is responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of military radar systems.

Job description

• Planning, coordinating, and carrying out necessary field service assignments
• Commissioning, maintaining, and repairing radar systems
• Troubleshooting and evaluation
• Close communication, coordination, and cooperation with internal and external interfaces
• Ensuring high service standards
• Direct customer contact
• Contact person for technical customer inquiries

Willingness to travel worldwide is required.

Additional job description

• Technician specializing in electrical engineering / electronics or comparable training / professional experience
• Knowledge of radar technology is an advantage
• Knowledge of network technology, Python, and Linux scripting is an advantage
• High level of initiative and commitment
• Structured and reliable way of working
