Service Transition Manager Avionics
Stellenbeschreibung:
- Execution and coordination of Service Transition within the framework of comprehensive and complex R&S systems and projects in an international environment
- Point of contact for service and support issues during the project phase
- Ensuring the implementation of necessary service structures and capabilities within internal departments, external service providers/partners, and subsidiaries (L1, L2, L3, Field Service, etc.) for the supported systems and projects
- Establishing coordinated communication and logistics concepts for each system/project
- Ensuring the introduction of services for systems/projects, setting up service structures in ERP and other systems
- Close cooperation with the project team, department, and all internal service centers
- Creating quantity frameworks/cost calculations for Service Transition in consultation with all relevant stakeholders
- Supporting Sales and Product Management in establishing new service elements and contributing to the sales phase
- Responsible for the handover to the Service Delivery Organization
- Developing and implementing optimization and cost‑saving potentials
- Providing advisory support in the field of Service Transition
