ServiceNow Administrator (m/f/d); FREELANCE; Germany

We are urgently looking for an experienced ServiceNow OT Specialist to support a high‑priority project in a production/manufacturing environment . The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in ServiceNow's OT modules, strong understanding of IT/OT integration, and hands‑on experience working in shopfloor and operations contexts.

Project:

Start : March

Duration : First contract 2 months (very high chance of extension)

Workplace: Primarily remote, with on‑site workshop in Göttingen

Project languages : E n glish (Fluent) , German is a plus

• Configure, administer, and enhance ServiceNow modules with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) .
• Implement and optimize the ServiceNow OT Module , including: Visibility, Asset Management, Service Management
• Integrate and align ServiceNow solutions with CSDM and the OT Data Model .
• Connect and configure Claroty CTD with ServiceNow to support OT asset and security workflows.
• Collaborate with IT/OT Security teams to ensure proper monitoring, visibility, and data flow across systems.
• Support data modeling and alignment with ISA‑95 Equipment Models .
• Provide guidance and technical expertise during workshops in Göttingen.
• Work cross‑functionally with production, shopfloor, and operations teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) .
• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow CSDM and the OT Data Model .
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow OT Modules , especially OT Visibility, OT Asset Management, and OT Service Management.
• Expertise in IT/OT Security and IT/OT Monitoring Tools , particularly Claroty CTD .
• Proven ability to integrate Claroty CTD with ServiceNow OT modules .
• Practical experience with ISA‑95 , especially the Equipment Model.
• Prior project experience in manufacturing, shopfloor, or operations environments .
