Project Focus

Review and optimize CMDB governance, ownership, and data quality.
Run workshops with client stakeholders to map current processes and recommend improvements.
Provide advisory on lifecycle management and automation for CMDB items.
Deliver formal documentation (user requirements, functional designs, design specs) to ensure compliance in a validated, regulated environment.

Key Skills & Experience Required

Strong background as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, with hands-on experience in CMDB and CSDM.
Expertise in governance, policy, ownership structures, and best practice process optimization.
Experience delivering workshops and aligning business requirements with technical teams.
Strong documentation skills in regulated industries (e.g., FDA/GxP).
English proficiency required; German is a nice-to-have.
