Stellenbeschreibung:

As the Services Training Coordinator based in Lichtenfels, Germany, you will design, coordinate, and deliver training strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen field service capabilities across the global portfolio.

This role leads the end‑to‑end training lifecycle—needs analysis, curriculum development, scheduling, delivery, and continuous improvement—while coordinating a global trainer network and overseeing training logistics.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Own all service training activities for employees and customers within Service Coordination scope.
  • Develop and maintain training materials (presentations, manuals, e‑learning, assessments) in a machine‑agnostic, globally standardized manner.
  • Provide informal leadership to a global trainer network by setting expectations, coordinating delivery, and offering guidance.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, engineering, and service leadership to align training catalogues with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Develop internal onboarding and up‑skilling paths for the global service team.
  • Coordinate and, when appropriate, deliver training sessions, ensuring quality execution and follow‑up.
  • Manage logistics, including tooling, parts, scheduling, and tool availability.
  • Administer ServiceMax and the LMS, maintaining accurate training and contact data and supporting process improvements.
  • Track training KPIs (utilization, NPS, completion, impact) and collaborate on training footprint development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Several years’ international experience in industry or additive manufacturing with a proven training record.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering technical training, from curriculum creation to engaging sessions.
  • Strong technical curiosity and confidence operating across diverse systems and technologies.
  • Knowledge of lean methods and process improvement is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; German skills are a bonus.
  • Ready to be based in Lichtenfels and travel up to 50%.

Benefits:

  • Company pension plan
  • Supplemental health insurance
  • Long‑service awards
  • Invalidity and death insurance
  • Holiday storage
  • Fitness subsidy
