Servity ITSM Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Servity Developer to support development and customization activities on the Servity ITSM platform, developed by DCON. The role involves configuring, enhancing, and supporting ITSM workflows and modules, similar in nature to platforms such as ServiceNow. The contractor will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient ITSM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Servity ITSM platform
• Customize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Hardware/Software Asset Management module
• Develop workflows, business rules, forms, and integrations
• Integration specific with procurement tools/vendor portals like HP/Dell/Lenovo
• Support enhancements, bug fixes, and platform optimization activities
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide operational support during the contract period

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Servity development (DCON OEM platform)
• Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
• Experience with platforms similar to ServiceNow, BMC, or Remedy
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management)
• Hands-on experience with configuration, scripting, and integrations
• Ability to work independently in a contract-based role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with DCON Servity implementations
• ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
• Experience working in European enterprise environments
