What we offer you

• A permanent employment contract from day one
• 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard
• Two years full of responsibilities, growing, learning and development opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Currently we are looking for trainees for Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing.
• Three individual designed assignments at different SMO locations, including one eight-month assignment abroad

Over two amazing years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Siemens and in particular. During the assignment abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

This is how you'll win us over

• Education
• An excellent Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in one of the below:
• Engineering (Electrical / Industrial / Electromechanical / Electrotechnical / Electronics / Mechanical / Traffic ) combined with business studies.
• Business Information Systems / Digital Business / Business Engineering / Management & Technology
• Skills & Experince
• Significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities or similar
• A minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying and/or working
• Your passion for Mobility
• Ways of working
• Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
• Languages
• Fluency in English
• Fluency or Intermediate knowledge of German is a plus
