Responsibilities

• Assign shift workers in production according to priorities at the production boilers, mixers and rollers.
• Monitor strict compliance with all specifications from the product run cards and the associated specification documents.
• Independently produce and fill greases, oils and pastes in manual, semi‑automatic and automatic boiler and mixing systems.
• Administrative tasks such as SAP feedback in the PP module.
• Issue work orders to the individual specialist departments.
• Collaborate on projects and take on special tasks.
• Manage and motivate employees and build a high‑performing team.
• Plan holiday leave.
• Transfer knowledge and provide further training for all shift workers.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or chemical training, ideally as a chemical technician (f/m/d) or industrial foreman (f/m/d) in chemistry.
• Experience in handling and operating technical equipment.
• Experience in handling chemical substances, especially hazardous substances.
• Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system.
• Reliable, careful and independent way of working.
• Forklift licence, experience in handling electric, gas and high‑rack forklifts.
• Good written and spoken German.
