Goal of the Position: long-term sales planning taking into account market trends. Coordinate key sales actions for the year and undertake activities to support budget and commitment execution in subordinate categories. Development of sales tools, communication of sales planning within the organization.

Projects to support the development of sales and presentation of offerings on the website. Interdepartmental projects for major sales promotion and tool advancement. Advancing long‑term planning.
Professional requirements for the candidate:
Experience in the e‑commerce industry, preferably in the platform industry and a good knowledge of the market in the outdoor & sport category, sales management, fluency in English (oral and written), a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position and good knowledge of MS Office environment. Experienced in managing cross‑departmental projects.
Personal requirement for the candidate:
Highly developed communication skills, analytical mind, goal‑oriented, willingness to learn and well organized. Takes data into account when making every decision. Takes an interdisciplinary, holistic approach to the topics to deal with. Efficiently forming conclusions based on sales analysis and taking the initiative to act independently. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and with remote teams.
