For our client, a fashion company, we are currently staffing the following position on a freelance basis: Showroom Designer (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Provide professional consultancy on showroom setup and the structuring and conduction of account meetings to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey
• Ensure timely availability and documentation of all relevant materials and information using tools such as Excel or MS Notes
• Independently create easy-to-use seasonal account meeting schedules and advise on the most suitable tools (Excel, SmartSheet, Outlook)
• Develop a visitor toolkit (PowerPoint) for external guests, including information on campus orientation, transport, maps, activities, restaurants and catering
• Prepare clear and structured briefing documents for Brand Ambassadors to define daily tasks and responsibilities (no supervision or selection involved)
• Coordinate and provide professional and technical recommendations for rehearsals and on-site setup of opening presentations (30–60 minutes, multi‑speaker sessions)
• Act as an external consultant towards internal stakeholders and external partners

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience in showroom environments, customer meetings, events or customer‑experience‑driven brand settings
• Strong consultancy mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
• High proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, SmartSheet and Outlook
• Experience in creating clear, professional documentation and presentations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Confidence in advising on technical and operational setups for presentations and meetings
