What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments—including an eight‑month international placement—you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

How You’ll Make An Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

  • Enhance customer experience and drive retention by actively engaging with customers to identify their needs, providing tailored solutions, and tracking progress
  • Shape the product by gathering and communicating user insights to guide future development
  • Enable scalable growth by building repeatable processes and tools that establish a foundation for future expansion

What You Bring

  • First exposure to digital products, software platforms, or data‑driven tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics dashboards, customer engagement tools), with a strong willingness to continuously build technical understanding.
  • A structured and analytical working style to manage multiple topics in parallel, track progress, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential, ideally in customer‑facing, consulting, IT, digital product, SaaS, or service‑oriented environments; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome.
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
  • Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
