Role Overview

In this role, you will work at the intersection of finance, strategy, communication, and global stakeholder engagement, contributing to initiatives that strengthen transparency, alignment, and competitiveness across the Finance community.

Responsibilities

• Support activities that help Gas Services stay outward looking—understanding trends, competitor dynamics, and market signals.
• Provide leadership with synthesized perspectives that sharpen our strategic direction and strengthen the global narrative.
• Support projects that build transparency, reinforce shared purpose, and help Finance become more modern, data‑driven, and connected.
• Shape and prepare high‑visibility touchpoints such as Gas Services leadership dialogues and global transformation communications.
• Contribute to key initiatives that advance how we collaborate, define our identity as a global GS team, and strengthen our ways of working.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Curiosity for transformation, digitalization, and AI.
• Ability to collaborate in international, cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working‑student roles; up to 36 months of additional permanent work experience is welcome.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.

The Siemens Energy Graduate Program offers a two‑year learning experience, including an eight‑month international placement, extensive mentoring, and opportunities to work on real global issues in finance and strategy.
