The role is designed to cultivate future talent in bid management, focusing on the acquisition of quality orders for cutting‑edge FACTS and Storage projects worldwide. Through tender analysis, proposal coordination, and bid documentation you will gain invaluable experience across the entire bid management lifecycle while collaborating on technically complex energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze invitations to tender and technical specifications to translate customer needs into clear project objectives, facilitating seamless collaboration across engineering, commercial, procurement, and project stakeholders.
  • Own the integration and validation of internal and external inputs, proactively clarifying supplier and subcontractor contributions to ensure full alignment with tender requirements and flawless interface coordination.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, high‑quality proposal submissions, combining technical, commercial, and contractual content into professional, compliant bids that meet—and exceed—customer expectations.

  • A strong technical foundation and genuine interest in engineering, with previous exposure to energy systems, power engineering, or comparable industrial applications.
