Siemens Energy

Siemens Energy Graduate Program - Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Whether you’re a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, you are the future of innovation and leadership. That’s why the global Siemens Energy Graduate Program can help you unleash your full potential. With guidance from experienced mentors, extensive training opportunities, and the chance to expand your global network, you will grow both your career and your personal capabilities.

What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight‑month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders. In the Transformation Office, you work on high‑impact, cross‑functional change initiatives with companywide impact and gain early exposure to senior stakeholders while turning strategy into action.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Drive execution by supporting high‑priority transformation initiatives across functions and business areas, helping turn strategic decisions into concrete actions
  • Create transparency by preparing analyses, tracking progress, and contributing to senior‑management reporting and decision forums
  • Improve ways of working by applying and scaling frameworks, tools, and lessons learned from major transformation programs

What You Bring

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics, work independently, and collaborate confidently across functions and senior stakeholders
  • Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
  • A master's or doctoral degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, engineering, data/analytics, or a comparable field
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
  • Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel
