Unsere Kabellösungen bilden das Rückgrat der Stromnetze und ebnen den Weg für ein effizienteres, vernetztes und umweltbewusstes Energieökosystem.Innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs Transmission, als Teil der Supply-Chain-Organisation, leitet der Site Logistics Coordinator die Durchführung des Hochspannungskabelprojekts. # Aufgaben und VerantwortlichkeitenDer Site Logistics Coordinator hat folgende Aufgaben:Durchführung der letzten Etappe:* Abstimmung der endgültigen Routen für die letzte Etappe, einschließlich + der Sichtprüfung der Routen in Abstimmung mit anderen zuständigen Logistikfunktionen. (Zusammen mit dem für die letzte Etappe des Projekts zuständigen Kollegen). Überprüfung der Abmessungen des Bereichs für das Befahren und Manövrieren der LKWs + Überwachung der Umsetzung aller Maßnahmen, einschließlich der Abstimmung mit dem Transportdienstleister + Übergabe von gemeinsamen Abstellplätzen und Umladebereichen + Ermittlung der kritischen Maßnahmen aus den Routenbegehungen + Einstufung der Komplexität und des Zeitaufwands für die Umsetzung, z. B. BETRA + Vereinbarung der Kosten für die Umsetzung dieser Maßnahmen und gegebenenfalls Nachverfolgung mit internen Berichten und Bestellungen* Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen und Berichterstattung an die Logistikorganisation* Wenn Dinge nicht nach Plan verlaufen, stimmt sich der Standortlogistikkoordinator mit der zuständigen Logistikabteilung ab# Regelmäßige Anwesenheit bei ISA-Besprechungen zur Koordination folgender Punkte:* Standort- und Lagerlogik – um sicherzustellen, dass die Trommeln zugänglich sind* Überprüfung der Kabeltrommelanzahl bei Auslieferung, Lagerung und Wareneingang* Lagerbedingungen für Kabel und Zubehör* Gerätestatus – Überprüfung des Zustands der Geräte einschließlich Genehmigungen und Zertifizierungen* Rückfluss von Kabeltrommeln und Kabelabfällen* Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen und Berichterstattung an die Logistikorganisation# Allgemeines* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen der Lieferkettenorganisation zur Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Arbeitsmethoden und Best Practices* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement und anderen Schlüsselbereichen* Betreuung der wichtigsten Subunternehmer durch Pflege der Beziehungen und Koordination bei potenziellen Problemen# Qualifikationen und berufliche AnforderungenBewerber für diese Position sollten vorzugsweise Folgendes mitbringen:* Erfahrung in der Schwertransportlogistik, der Lieferkette oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich* Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Projektlogistik und im multimodalen Schwer- und Übermaßtransport* Fähigkeit, die Umsetzung zu beeinflussen – Durchsetzungsstärke und Beharrlichkeit* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B1) oder höher* Grundkenntnisse in MS Office, vorzugsweise in Excel und PowerPoint* Bereitschaft zu häufigen Reisen zu den Einsatzorten in Deutschland und zu den Projektbüros* Proaktive Kommunikation und effektive Problemlösungsfähigkeiten* Teamfähigkeit, Stressresistenz, ausgeprägte Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten und eine gewisse Portion Humor# VORTEILEFür diese Position bietet Prysmian:* Ein multinationales, kooperatives Arbeitsumfeld mit hochwertiger Ausstattung vor Ort.* 30 Urlaubstage pro Kalenderjahr* Eine attraktive Vergütung gemäß Tarifvertrag (inkl. Our cable solutions are the backbone of the power grids, paving the way for a more efficient, interconnected, and eco-conscious energy ecosystem.Within the Transmission Business Unit, as part of the Supply Chain organization, the Site Logistics Coordinator manages the execution of the high voltage cable project.# Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsibility of the Site Logistics Coordinator are the following :Last leg execution:* Alignments on final Routes last-leg including + visual inspection of routes in coordinaton with other responsible logistic functions. (Together with the responsible colleague for the projects’ Last Leg). Checking dimensions of the area for the truck driving/maneuvering + overseeing the execution of all measures, including alignments with transport provider + Handover of Joint Bays & Reloading Areas + Extracting the critical measures from the route surveys + Categorizing the complexity and time for execution, for example BETRA + Agreeing on cost for fixing these measures and following up with internal reports and VO’s if applicable* Making supplier evaluations and reporting this to the logistics organization* When things are not going according to plan, the Site Logistics Coordinator aligns with the applicable Logistics CoordinatorBeing present regularly on ISA’s for the coordination of:* Location and storage logic –to make sure drums are accessible* Verification of drum numbers for outbound, storage and inbound* Storage conditions of cables and accessories* Equipment status – checking the status of the equipment including permits and certifications* Return flow of drums and cable scrap* Making supplier evaluations and reporting this to the logistics organizationGeneral* Closely collaborate with (other parts of the) supply chain organization to align and implement work methods and best practices* Collaboration with project management and other key functions*
