Site Manager - Electrical Energy Construction - High level of German language essential

Your activities and responsibilities:

  • Assumption of construction management in plant and energy projects
  • Technical and organizational management of EFKs, EFKffTs, EuPs, and electrically trained persons (laypersons)
  • Responsibility for the proper execution of work on the construction site
  • Execution planning for the construction site in coordination with project management and engineering
  • Creation, review, and assurance of construction implementation plans
  • Coordination and control of all trades and subcontractors involved
  • Responsibility for deadlines, quality, and safety on the construction site
  • On-site supplier and subcontractor management
  • Monitoring compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and quality requirements
  • Carrying out site inspections, checks, and approvals
  • Acting as an interface between the construction site, project management, customers, and network operators

  • Completed electrical engineering training, technician, master craftsman, or comparable qualification
  • Experience in construction management or installation management of plant or energy projects
  • Very good understanding of electrical engineering systems and construction site processes
  • Experience in coordinating trades and suppliers
  • Confident handling of technical drawings, implementation, and installation plans
  • High sense of responsibility and safety awareness
  • Structured, assertive, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on construction sites
  • Class B driver’s license is an advantage
