Team Overview: The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on‑site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem‑solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Quality Manager to join our Frankfurt team. As Quality Manager you will have the unique chance to set‑up, develop and own quality from day one on our multiple Alternative Heat sites. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark to ensure that all quality assurance and control processes (at the sites) meet or exceed company, client and regulatory requirements. This key role will require strategic planning, clear communication and a focus on building a strong quality culture.

Job Title: Site Quality Manager | Location: Based from our Frankfurt Office with multiple weekly visits across our Sites. Hours: Negotiable dependant on local/site/rotational requirements. Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience. Responsible to: Regional Contracts Manager.

What You'll be Doing

Lead the site’s quality function by fostering a culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and high standards. Ensure adherence to AH‑IMS, regulatory requirements, internal standards, and client specifications, conducting audits and managing follow‑ups. Act as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality issues, leading investigations and implementing corrective actions for nonconformities. Drive process and continual improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and analysing trends. Oversee training, documentation, and quality programs, track and report metrics, and identify and mitigate quality risks to maintain product and process integrity.
