Smart Factory Engineers design and implement connected, automated production systems that use real-time data, robotics, and AI to enable flexible, self‑optimizing manufacturing. They integrate PLCs, SCADA systems, MES platforms, and data analytics tools into unified digital factory architectures, working closely with production and IT teams.

Team Structure

Member of the Global Smart Manufacturing COE, collaborating with Data Scientists, Robotics Engineers, and ESG Compliance Officers.

Reports To

Reports to the Director of Industrial Transformation.

Working Conditions

Travel required: 20%.

Standard day shift with occasional on‑call rotation for critical system deployments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to navigate industrial shop floors and cleanroom environments.
• Occasional lifting of edge computing hardware up to 15kg.
