Social Media Coordinator New Berlin, Berlin, Germany

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to help build and scale our social presence.

In this role, you’ll own day-to-day social execution, from content creation and publishing to cross-functional coordination. You’ll work closely with different stakeholders to ensure every post is aligned with our brand and business priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging, high-quality content for social platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.
• Own the social content calendar, including scheduling and publishing posts.
• Assist in translating product updates, campaigns, and company moments into compelling social narratives.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Content Marketing, and Design to align on messaging and ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate social amplification across teams and campaigns.
• Build and execute strategies to grow LinkedIn followership and engagement.
• Actively engage with the community through comments, conversations, and interactions.
• Track performance and report on key metrics including engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize content formats and posting strategies.

What You’ll Have

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related role.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for B2B audiences.
• Experience managing LinkedIn or other professional social platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, execution-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
