Bridging Hamburg and Alicante, we work on releases, collaborations, and sound design for events and exhibitions.

Role Description

As our Social Media Manager, you will build and grow our social presence with a clear focus on growth, community, and brand impact. You will plan content, publish posts and short-form videos, develop repeatable content formats, and engage daily with relevant accounts, communities, galleries, artists, and music ecosystems. You will support release and project communication, optimize based on performance data, and ensure Onda de Luz shows up consistently, with high quality and strong marketing effect.

Responsibilities Content planning and publishing for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Community management: comments, replies, proactive engagement, network building Create lightweight assets from existing material: snippets, teasers, quotes, behind-the-scenes Campaign support around releases, exhibitions, and collaborations Performance tracking, reporting, testing new formats, and growth experiments Close alignment with the founder team on priorities, storytelling, and brand voice

Qualifications Experience in social media marketing and community building, ideally in music, art, events, or creator ecosystems Strong writing and storytelling skills (English preferred, German optional) Solid understanding of platform mechanics: hooks, watch time, posting cadence, engagement strategy Basic skills in CapCut or similar tools; Canva or motion templates are a plus Analytical mindset: turning insights into concrete optimizations Reliable, self-driven, hands-on working style

Collaboration and Compensation

This is a remote, hands-on role in a growing label and studio. Compensation is performance-based, e.g. revenue share and or project-based partnership. The exact model will be aligned transparently together based on scope, outcomes, and impact. We are looking for someone who enjoys building from early stage to scale and wants to grow with the project.
