You know what works on social media and how to make it happen. You create engaging content, manage workflows with ease, and identify trends before they appear in feeds. You're passionate about shaping the digital presence of a global automotive leader.

What to expect
- Planning, coordinating, and publishing content across various social media platforms - with a strong focus on engagement, trends, and community dynamics
- Developing and adapting digital campaigns into platform-appropriate formats, with creative and strategic input
- Writing compelling, audience- and platform-specific copy – from sharp captions to longer-form storytelling
- Collaborating with creative and design teams to generate ideas, develop content, and ensure visual consistency
- Monitoring trends, evaluating content performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
- Acting as a direct point of contact for clients – providing expert social media guidance, sharing insights, and driving content decisions
What you bring
- 2–3 years' experience in social media, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
- A strong interest in digital communication and an understanding of what makes social content effective
- A genuine passion for automotive - you know brands, models, trends, and feel at home in the car world
- Confident writing skills and a good understanding of visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of content KPIs and how to use them
- Curiosity, reliability and a structured approach to work
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
