Software Developer / Architect for embedded real time software (f/m/d)

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS, we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH.

The position holder (f/m/d) works as Software Developer / Architect for Embedded Real Time Software.

Your Tasks

• Design, develop and maintain embedded avionics software for aerospace systems
• Implement AI and deep learning algorithms to improve system functionality (e.g. sensor data processing)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware engineers, systems engineers) to ensure seamless integration into avionics systems
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards (e.g. DO-178C, DO-254) and safety-critical software development practices
• Conduct testing, validation and verification to meet aerospace requirements

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering
• At least 4 years of professional experience in IT / information systems and aerospace
• Proven experience in embedded software development for avionics or aerospace applications (mandatory)
• Familiarity with avionics standards (e.g. ARINC 653, DO-178C) and safety-critical software development
• Experience in C/C++ and/or Ada and real-time operating systems (e.g. VxWorks)
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and deep learning techniques (mandatory)
• Fluent English (negotiation level); German is a plus
