Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high‑performance applications and software solutions.
- Work on backend, frontend, or full‑stack development in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance and scalability.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Ensure security and compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, system architecture, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL), cloud computing, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and debug efficiently.
- Proficiency in English (B2+ level); German is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, or blockchain.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket for version control.
- Previous experience in financial technology (FinTech), automotive, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
