You will be building a world‑class AI platform, designed to be deployed across diverse sectors and functions.

By combining the right mix of AI capabilities and human judgment, we are bundling existing and new AI agents to deliver real‑world impact. You will be at the forefront of developing transformative technology for our firm.

You will join a cross‑functional team of senior firm leaders, CST leaders, practice leaders, and cutting‑edge engineers. The team is led by some of the firm’s most senior leaders and is scaling to include ~200 technologists, such as full‑stack engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and designers.

Your Full Stack Software Engineer expertise in Python, agents, API development, and LLM experience, as well as familiarity with SQL databases and cloud technologies will be key to your work. You will work within a product team of engineers, designers, and product managers to develop impactful AI solutions, leveraging the firm’s vast data resources.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in upcoming AI platform deployments by; combining software and data engineering skills to build scalable solutions; bringing data science literacy to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams; and focusing on platform engineering, including deploying, debugging, and running systems.

You will have the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge AI technology, collaborate with top technical minds, and deliver solutions that drive real‑world impact.

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer; previous enterprise platform experience preferred
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Expertise with AI agents / agentic applications
• Expertise in React and NextJS
• Expertise with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL or cloud equivalent such as Amazon RDS
• Experience utilizing LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and management
• Experience with knowledge graphs
• Familiarity in using AWS cloud platform for deploying and managing applications, particularly AWS ECS
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control and code collaboration
• Knowledge of containerization
• Strong conceptual problem‑solving
