Responsibilities: Drive the development of innovative SaaS products using cutting-edge technology, AI, and modern architecture, while leading a high-performing R&D team. Make key architectural and strategic tech decisions in collaboration with your team, ensuring the smart integration of AI technologies to deliver real-world value. Continuously enhance the product by implementing new features, resolving issues, and modernising legacy code, maintaining a fast and efficient development pace. Collaborate closely with Product Management to align technical execution with product strategy, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions. Contribute throughout the agile process—from analysing requirements and designing solutions to writing clean, maintainable code you're proud of, as part of a Scrum team. Requirements: Professional Experience: At least 2 years in a leadership role, with a strong background in building SaaS applications and applying AI to business use cases. Technical Skills: Solid expertise in C#/.NET, relational databases, and SQL; experience with Angular and Azure DevOps is a plus. Mindset & Soft Skills: Strong leadership drive, analytical thinking, effective communication, and a high degree of independence and self-organization. Ways of Working: Proven experience in agile, Scrum-based software engineering environments. Language & Education: Fluent in English (spoken and written) & German. A relevant formal education in IT/software development is also advantageous.
