Solana Infrastructure Engineer (Admin, DevOps, SRE)

I am looking for an expert in Solana infrastructure to run the operations of a Solana RPC Node for one of my favourite clients.

The client is a powerhouse in the world of Solana, building groundbreaking projects and investing in some of the most impressive projects in the Solana ecosystem (they were even Seed investors in Solana itself!).

This is an early-stage project with significant internal funding. The team currently consists of the CTO, and a very talented Rust Engineer. They are looking for someone with true Solana expertise to ensure that the RPC is operating with the utmost efficnency, and own the entire infrastructure. This team has significant growth planned within the business, so the scope of this role will likely grow rapidly.

The goal of this product is to become the Go-To RPC for traders & solvers on Solana.

Key Requirements;

• Extensive Solana expertise
• Previous experience managing a Solana Node/RPC, or a Solana Validator
• Strong experience with performance optimisation on Solana
• Can work remotely in Europe, or Dubai
