We are supporting an innovative technology business delivering cutting-edge XR software solutions for globally recognised organisations operating in highly regulated, science-led industries.

As a Solution Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of immersive XR software projects. You will translate client needs and strategic objectives into impactful digital experiences that create measurable business value.

Working closely with senior members of the delivery team, you will act as the bridge between external stakeholders and multidisciplinary internal development teams. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, drive alignment, set clear priorities, and ensure consistent execution standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of complex XR software projects from initiation through to completion Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets aligned to internal standards and client requirements Lead cross-functional teams on a daily basis, ensuring clarity of priorities and dependable execution Build strong client relationships through professional communication and transparent reporting Identify risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies to protect scope, timeline and budget Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on milestones, performance and key deliverables

Experience and Qualifications Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline or a related field Junior level: early career experience in software project coordination or delivery Senior level: 3 to 5 years of experience in customer-facing software project or product management Manager level: proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder software programmes and mentoring delivery team members Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and international teams Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Fluent in English, German is advantageous Experience within regulated or science-driven industries is beneficial Exposure to VR, XR or MR technologies is a strong plus
