An Octopus Deploy Solutions Engineer is responsible for working with our accounts and customers as their trusted advisor on their technical journey with continuous delivery (CD) at scale—from answering their technical questions and discovering their technical challenges, to demonstrating and proving the value of Octopus Deploy.
You will partner with account executives to help your accounts and customers solve their CD challenges. You will also interact with functional departments like Marketing and Engineering to help ensure Octopus Deploy continues to lead solving CD at scale.
To help our teams work together effectively, this remote position requires you to be located in Europe.
Octopus has an internally open and transparent system for compensation. Any Octonaut can view the compensation for any role at any level. This ensures people doing the same work with the same skill get paid the same.
The leveling for this role is:
Level 3
Maturing: €90,000 + variable (OTE €127,600) + stock options
Performing: €100,000 + variable (OTE €142,300) + stock options
