Responsibilities

Looking for a position where customer focus and process reliability truly make a difference? Join us as a Spare Parts Coordinator / Specialist (m/f/d) and help ensure that our customers receive the right parts at the right time.

  • Acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to spare parts.
  • You prioritize and handle cases while ensuring accurate documentation in our ERP/CRM systems.
  • Preparing quotations, following them up proactively, and supporting strong closing rates.
  • Managing the full spare parts process – from inquiry through quotation to order confirmation and invoicing.
  • You keep open cases transparent, maintain a structured backlog, and ensure timely completion.
  • Clear and professional communication regarding prices, lead times, and technical questions.
  • Working closely with the Global Spare Parts Team, especially on complex or cross‑regional topics.
  • You use relevant KPIs to guide your daily work and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

  • Bringing a commercial or technical background with experience in customer service, ideally within the spare parts environment.
  • You understand ERP and CRM processes (e.g., SAP, Salesforce); SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • You set clear priorities and stay structured, even in dynamic situations.
  • Enjoying independent work while being a reliable team player in a global environment.
  • You communicate openly and professionally – both in writing and on the phone.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are an advantage in our global environment.
  • You are motivated by customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
