Specialist, eCommerce DACH (m/f/d) – Hamburg

As a Specialist, eCommerce for the DACH region , you will play a key role in driving digital performance across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will execute and optimize commercial activities, deliver high‑quality site experiences, and operate advanced eCommerce tools to ensure flawless execution. Your insights and operational excellence will directly support our regional growth ambitions.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong commercial mindset, hands‑on digital operations experience, and the ability to manage and prioritize workflows in a fast‑paced environment.

WE DELIVER - Let's deliver together:

Market Performance Ownership

• Own and execute commercial workstreams including promotions, product launches, and campaign activations for DACH
• Identify local growth opportunities and act on them within your scope
• Operate advanced functionalities in SFCC, CMS, and PIM, ensuring accurate setup and high‑quality outputs
• Identify technical issues, coordinate fixes with IT or external partners, and help maintain platform stability
• Deliver market‑relevant execution while ensuring alignment with regional and global frameworks

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Prepare and maintain recurring as well as ad‑hoc reports and dashboards
• Independently analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Present findings to stakeholders across markets and functions
• Conduct deeper analyses to uncover trends, diagnose root causes, and propose corrective actions
• Lead a defined expert area, serving as the primary contact point for that topic
• Maintain and evolve SOPs, documentation, and best practices related to your expert field
• Manage workstreams within cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
• Proactively identify risks, escalate issues when needed, and drive continuous process improvements
